Please check out the new flier Here is the flier Far West Ski Association Convention The annual Far West Ski Association (FWSA) will be holding their convention in Ogden, Utah on June 7 -10, 2012. The Intermountain Ski Council (ISC) is sponsoring this convention. Both the WFSA and ISC are looking for volunteers to help with the many functions at the convention. Members of IFSC can purchase wristbands for $4 per person on any of our regularly scheduled wristband days. That is a 50% discount from regular walk-in customers on Fridays and Saturdays. We also have a party room for rental and are happy to offer those rates at 25% off. Another service we offer is full use of the facility for private parties. You can also book on line at Homewood Suites Plus, for the next three weekends we have lowered our rates starting at $129 for Friday/Saturday/Sunday, with 15% off rooms would start at $109.65/night which is a great deal Snowshoe rental discount at Grand Targhee Idaho Falls Ski Club members get a $5 snowshoe rental (retail $15) with their IF Ski Club Card Naturalist snowshoe tours are currently Wednesday through Sundays at 1:00pm (soon to be 7 days.week), and although the tours are FREE, the snowshoe rental has a cost. We also have a new designated snowshoe trail near the Hamster Loop. Interested parties need to sign up with the Activity Center here at Grand Targhee, and the Activity Center also sells the snowshoe rentals. Banff Film Festival Feb 9, 2012 General admission tickets are $10 and $15 at the door. We received many requests to consider reserved seating. So this year we are offering a limited number of reserved seats for $15 through the Colonial Box office (522-0471). All tickets go on sale on Thanksgiving weekend. IF SKI CLUB MEMBERS ONLY -Cabin Rental in Driggs Ski Targhee and enjoy the ambiance of Driggs instead of driving home. We have a cabin that sleeps 11 with a pool table, foos ball table and hot tub. Great for relaxing after a fun day of skiing. We're right off ski hill road. It is a rental, but many times its not rented consistently. To all IF Ski Club Members we will give you a night or two at our cabin for only $144 per night(regularly $195). However, you can reserve it only on a space available basis.
