YELLOWSTONE – OLD FAITHFUL SKI TRIP

Yellowstone National Park is a magical place in the winter, whether you ski, snowshoe, hike, sightsee via snowcoach, or just relax and the Old Faithful Snow Lodge is the perfect base of operations. Many ski trails begin near the lodge and shuttle service is available to many more. Snow coach tours are available to the Firehole River and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. We are now accepting reservations for this season's trip to Yellowstone. The package includes roundtrip snowcoach between West Yellowstone and Old Faithful, 3 nights lodging, 3 free breakfasts.
Schedule: February 23 @ 12:00 p.m. - depart West Yellowstone via snow coach; arrive at Old Faithful around 3:30 PM, unless we run an express (no sightseeing stops). Informal hosted party on Thursday, from 5:00 to about 6:00.
February 24th & 25th - full days of skiing, snowshoeing, sightseeing, or hiking.
February 26 - depart Old Faithful at 7:30 Am and arrive at West Yellowstone around 10:30 AM, leaving plenty of time to ski around West Yellowstone or nearby.
 Lodging:Rooms this year will be High Range Rooms in the Snow Lodge, or Western Cabin. Cooking in rooms is not allowed and all are non-smoking
Food:The Obsidian Dining Room is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and the Geyser grill is open for lunch and dinner. The dining room can also provide sack lunches
Costs: $805 for 2 in a Snow Lodge High Range Room. $774 for Western Cabin. Lodge rooms have two double beds, Cabins have two queen beds. Contact the trip coordinator for room or cabin arrangements involving more than two adults. Children under 12 are free when sharing the same room with an adult. The cost includes three nights lodging, round trip snowcoach, and Thursday's pre-dinner snacks/beverages, and breakfast all three mornings. Not included in the costs are transportation to and from West Yellowstone, meals other than breakfast, ski shuttles or tours, and park entrance fees ($15.00) or bring your park pass. Carpooling will be arranged to West Yellowstone.
Reservations: ASAP, preferably before November 5, 2011, please send all names, phone numbers, street and email addresses, IF Ski Club membership numbers, and choice of Western Cabin or Snow Lodge room. A deposit check for $300/room, made out to "IFSC" and mailed to Marilynne Manguba, 1857 N 26 West, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 is required. Final payments are due by January 3, 2012. Reservations can be cancelled with a full refund anytime through December 28, 2011. All persons on the trip must be Idaho Falls Ski Club members.
