Where: Blacktail County Park, east of Idaho Falls on Lincoln Road. In the large picnic shelter.
When: July 23rd, beginning at 5:00 to 9:30pm. Dinner will be at 7 pm.
Who: All ages are welcome. $5 for 2008-2009 members, $8 for non-members
What to expect...
The Club will provide:
· Hamburgers, dogs or brats, condiments
· Lemonade
· Paper products and the picnic shelter
You bring:
· A pot-luck dish to share (salads, desserts, snacks, etc.)
· Your beverage of choice (absolutely no glass containers please,… they are not allowed in the park)
· Your lawn chairs, games, water toys, towels, boats, etc.
Note: There is a charge of $3 per car to park in the parking lot, and no glass containers are allowed. Carpools encouragged! The park has a boat ramp and small marina area for boats. It also has a swimming area that is protected from the boats (no lifeguard). Directions... drive east on Lincoln Road, go past the intersection to Bone, and keep going about 10 miles, follow any signs to the Ririe Resovior or Blacktail Park.
If you are able and willing to bring a bar-be-que, cooler, yard games, etc. to help with the picnic, please let Liz know.
