Robin Villareal, Membership Director — Although I have lived in Idaho Falls almost my entire life, I didn’t start skiing until my 20’s after college. I got involved with the Ski Club then (in the 80’s), as Ski Fest Chair and the Membership Chair. I went on some great trips including Europe, Aspen and many local areas. I took a break to concentrate on my kids and foster kids for a while – but got back involved last year. Membership in the Ski Club offers us many opportunities for discounts and a singular voice to the Ski Resorts. I encourage members to attend the socials and really look at the discounts offered by area merchants. Look for Mike and I on the slopes and especially for my snow-boarding kids! It’s great to live in Idaho. Contact Robin Job Description for Membership Director |

Debbie Rasch, Newsletter Editor — "I started skiing 29 year ago while living on the east coast and dating my future husband. After we married and moved to Denver, I found skiing was a way of life and we spent every chance we could on the slopes. In 1989, we moved to Idaho Falls where we found outstanding skiing and joined the ski club for the affordable discounts. My other passion is photography which brought me to working with my husband on the Idaho Falls Ski Club Newsletter for the pass several years. Now as editor of the Ski Club’s Newsletter, I am looking at maintaining the quality and ensuring accurate information is available to support the Club. Also, I will be looking for input from club members throughout the year." Contact Debbie Job Description for Newsletter Editor |

Around that same time, I took telemark skiing lessons and sold my downhill gear at one of the club's annual ski sale.
